Ricardo Salles "Hidden Agenda" in New York

WE WILL UPDATE THIS POST WITH MORE IMAGES AND TEXT THIS WEEK

Authorized by the President of Brazil to travel to New York and Washington DC from March 6- 15, Minister of Environment Ricardo Salles did not seem to worry about telling the public and the media about his appointments until after the facts. By law, Brazilian Public officials must publish their appointments and respond to questions. When questioned on his Twitter post (image below), he blocked Defend Democracy in Brazil Committee of New York from his official Twitter account, and quickly updated his agenda on the mma.gov.br website. We caught the majority of his empty agenda before.

His meetings include only big investors, know for being destroyers of the Amazon, such as JP Morgan Chase.

Although his title is Minister of Environment, he seems to have no intention to protect the environment and its inhabitants. On the contrary, he is ready to “develop’ it, even in times of climate emergency.
